Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
  • Support performance appraisals and confirmation processes.
  • Address employee queries and assist in engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.).
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, and reports.
  • Handle exit formalities and full & final settlements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • MBA/Bachelors in HR or related field.
  • 5 -7 years of HR generalist experience.
  • Good knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and HRMS tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
