Role Overview

The HR Exective/Assistant Manager/Manager will support the HR function at the Indapur plant, ensuring smooth execution of HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, and workforce management. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive people processes that align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Manage recruitment for plant and corporate roles – from sourcing to joining.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower needs.
• Lead the onboarding and induction process.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain employee records and HRMIS data.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory filings (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.), and audits.
• Oversee attendance, payroll inputs, and leave management.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

• Implement employee engagement programs at plant level.
• Address employee grievances and ensure a positive workplace culture.
• Support communication between management and employees.

4. Performance Management & Development

• Support appraisal cycles and KRA/KPI tracking.
• Coordinate training & development initiatives.
• Identify skill gaps and suggest L&D interventions.

5. HR Strategy Support

• Contribute to HR policies and process improvements.
• Provide insights on attrition, retention, and workforce productivity.
• Assist in aligning plant-level HR practices with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• 4–7 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing / plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle employee relations at shop-floor level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
