HR Executive

IT HR EXCUTIVE Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in identifying staffing needs and drafting job descriptions. Post job openings on various platforms and screen applications. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new employees. Employee Relations Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs. Assist in conflict resolution and grievance handling. HR Operations Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and leave summaries. Ensure timely processing of employee documentation (contracts, confirmations, etc.). Performance Management Support the performance appraisal process and feedback cycles. Track performance improvement plans and employee development programs. Training & Development Coordinate training sessions and development programs. Maintain training records and gather feedback from participants. Policy & Compliance Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Help in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in an HR role. Knowledge of HR functions and best practices. Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
