Full Time
1. Support in the recruitment activities by coordinating with Recruitment agencies, and scheduling interviews.
2. Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing assistance with issues such as leaves, attendance, bio metrics, and salaries, as well as resolving concerns.
3. Handling the Employee On boarding Process.
4. Handling bio metric enrollment, attendance, and leave management by monitoring employee attendance and updating as needed.
4. Provides attendance input for payroll processing.
5. Maintenance of HR Database
6. Statutory Compliance - To provide support for various compliance i.e. PF, ESIC etc.
7. Exit Management Initiating No dues formalities, Scheduling Exit Interviews and to provide
8. Full and Final input for payroll processing.
9. Preparation of various employee life cycle letters.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager from time-to-time.
11. Monitor the call quality of the customer support team and provide feedback to the appropriate person/department.
12. Coordinating the day-to-day ops of HR Dept, handling employee grievances.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Should have good working experience in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
2. Should have good communication skills.
3. Should have minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
4. Qualification : MBA
5. Should be ready to work in 6 days working environment .
6. Only Female candidates will be preferred.
