Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job requisitions, source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support offer process.

  • Sourcing and pipelines: Proactively source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social networks, referrals, and other channels; build robust candidate pipelines for current and future roles.

  • Candidate assessment: Conduct basic screening calls, coordinate and schedule interviews, and help with shortlisting aligned to job requirements.

  • Stakeholder management: Partner with hiring managers and HR peers to provide ongoing recruitment metrics, status updates, and escalation handling.

  • Onboarding assistance: Support smooth onboarding for new hires, including joining documentation, orientation scheduling, and initial provisioning coordination.

  • Compliance and record-keeping: Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data in ATS/HRIS; ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies.

  • Documentation and reporting: Prepare regular recruitment dashboards and reports; document process improvements and best practices.
