Job Description

Role & responsibilities Marketing Executive - Events Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote in-person events. Create detailed marketing plans with content buckets, schedules, budgets and negotiate media & association partnerships with external organizations relevant for respective events. Leverage multi-channel marketing strategies including email, SEO, paid media, content marketing, and social media to maximize event visibility. Produce compelling marketing assets such as landing pages, email sequences, digital ads, and social media content. Collaborate with the design team to develop visually engaging collateralbrochures, banners, and promotional videos. Maintain event websites and registration platforms, ensuring all content is current, accurate, and aligned with the brand voice. Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance to optimize for ROI, attendee acquisition, and lead generation. Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing deliverables. Stay up-to-date with B2B event marketing trends, tools, and innovations to continuously improve campaign performance. Monitor lead sources and track conversion metrics from marketing channels to revenue attribution. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within events, conferences, or media industries. Proven ability to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns and track performance metrics. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creating engaging marketing content. Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and WordPress. Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices including SEO, email automation, and social media strategy. Experience working with cross-functional teams including design, editorial, and event production. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinker with a proactive mindset and a passion for driving results
