Ltd. is a leading event management company delivering high-quality corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and brand activations. We are looking for a passionate AutoCAD Designer to support our production and creative teams with accurate event layout drawings and fabrication plans. Key Responsibilities Prepare 2D event layout drawings including stage setup, branding placements, seating plans, and venue mapping. Create fabrication drawings for carpenters, vendors, and production teams. Develop stall/booth designs, stage elevations, truss layouts, and signage plans. Work closely with event managers and production leads to understand event requirements. Make corrections/updates as per client or internal feedback. Deliver drawings on strict deadlines for upcoming events. (Optional) Support in 3D visualization using SketchUp/3ds Max if skilled. Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D for event layouts and fabrication drawings. Ability to create stage plans, truss layouts, booth designs, and branding placements. Good coordination skills with production managers and vendors. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple drawings. (Optional) Knowledge of SketchUp/3ds Max/Illustrator/Photoshop for 3D or design support. Freshers should have basic AutoCAD knowledge and willingness to learn event production drawings.. Education Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Event Design, or related field (preferred). AutoCAD certification is an added advantage.
