HR cum Placement Executive (Male / Female) Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Notice Period: 3 Months CTC: ₹2.5 L – ₹3.5 L per annum (all-inclusive, based on experience) Incentives: Attractive quarterly performance-based incentives Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and skilled HR cum Placement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR practices, excellent communication abilities, and the drive to manage both internal HR operations and student placements independently. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance tracking. Develop and manage student placement strategies in coordination with industry partners. Maintain and update employee records, policies, and compliance documentation. Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring needs. Organize career fairs, placement drives, and employer engagement activities. Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners for placement opportunities. Prepare HR reports . Qualifications & Skills: MBA in Human Resources. 1–2 years of experience as an HR Executive in a small or medium-sized organization. Strong knowledge of core HR functions and best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to manage HR responsibilities independently.
