Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be a Commerce graduate with strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of maintaining a smooth and efficient office environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, documentation, and office coordination. Maintain and update records, reports, and spreadsheets related to operations and finance. Assist in procurement and inventory management of office supplies. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Support HR and Accounts teams with basic administrative duties. Ensure office facilities are well maintained and operations run smoothly. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent). 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role (freshers with strong internship experience may also apply). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
