Job Description – HR Executive (Retail/Textile Industry)Position Title: HR ExecutiveDepartment: Human ResourcesReporting To: HR Manager / Head – HRJob Purpose:

To support HR operations across retail stores, textile units, and corporate offices by managing recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and performance processes, ensuring smooth workforce management aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail store staff, warehouse, and textile unit manpower.
• Maintain employee records: attendance, leave, and payroll inputs across multiple outlets/units.
• Coordinate statutory compliance under Shops & Establishments Act, Factories Act, and labor laws.
• Support training & development programs for sales staff and supervisors.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to reduce attrition.
• Assist in performance appraisal and KRA tracking across departments.
• Ensure HR policies are implemented consistently across retail and factory operations.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower dashboards, and compliance MIS for management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and people management skills (frontline to management).
• Familiarity with labor laws (Shops & Establishments, Factory compliance).
• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment for retail & textile manpower.
• Proficiency in HRMS/payroll software and MS Excel.
• Problem-solving and employee grievance handling ability.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, or textile industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
