Role & responsibilities

HR Operations

Ability to learn HR processes and practices and support various sub functions in HR Operations:

  • Onboarding
  • Payroll Management
  • Business Communication

HR Talent Acquisition

Work closely with Talent accusation team to understand and Participate in recruiting which include but are not limited to:

  • Sourcing
  • Screening
  • Managing and Co-Ordinating Interviews
  • Creating a qualified talent pool (candidates, vendors, contractors, freelancers, etc.)

Preferred candidate profile

MBA HR / Post Graduation in HR

Good Interpersonal, Negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills

Business and Digital Acumen

Quick Learner with ability to adapt and work in a high pressure situations

Excellent Business Communication Skills

Good Knowledge of MS Office
