Job Description:

The HR Executive will play a key role in managing HR functions including payroll processing, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have practical experience working with Spine Payroll Software and preferably a background in the jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing using Spine Payroll Software.
• Handle recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance.
• Support employee engagement activities and resolve HR-related queries.
• Assist in performance management and training coordination.
• Coordinate with management on HR policies and employee welfare.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Hands-on experience with Spine Payroll Software is mandatory.
• Prior experience in the jewellery industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
