HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

· Execute recruitment and onboarding as per the approved manpower plan.

· Act as HR business partner to site/field operations teams, ensuring HR processes align with operational priorities, including staffing at CNG stations.

· Liaise with operations, maintenance, and contractor teams on manpower planning, deployment, transfers, reliefs, and contractor worker onboarding/offboarding.

· Support performance management through 360° reviews and BSC-based appraisals.

· Manage the complete employee lifecycle – onboarding, appraisals, and exit formalities.

· Conduct and coordinate training programs to enhance workforce productivity and operational efficiency.

· Support operations in contractor workforce management, including HR documentation, attendance tracking, contractor clearances, inductions, and exits.

· Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives (HRIS automation, digital attendance, workflows for contractor staff, field HR tools).

· Maintain strong stakeholder management skills, adapt to a fast-moving operational environment, and be flexible with travel/site visits.

· Work closely with safety, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure HR-related operational compliance (training records, certifications, licenses, contractor staffing norms).

· Drive employee engagement initiatives on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.

· Ensure statutory compliance, proper HR documentation, and assist in regular audits with consultants.

· Maintain dashboards for manpower deployment and operational efficiency metrics.

· Coordinate administrative functions, including travel, guesthouse, and vendor management.

Pay: Up to ₹30,032.90 per month
