Job Description

Planned and executed IoT installation and commissioning for CNG compressor systems. Developed and reviewed P&ID, electrical, control circuit, and compressor layout drawings. Prepared Bill of Materials (BOM) and cable schedules per tender specifications. Designed and reviewed PLC, MCC, LCP, and junction box wiring & GA drawings. Configured and programmed Siemens/Schneider PLCs and HMIs; experienced in redundant systems. Worked with Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet communication protocols. Calibrated and commissioned instruments for pressure, flow, temperature, and level measurement. Supervised field teams for instrument installation, cable laying, and termination. Troubleshot PLCs, control panels, motors (up to 250 KW), and field instruments. Performed loop checking and final control testing for CNG compressor packages. Conducted Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). Developed control philosophies and supported electrical/control panel design. Supported pre-sales activities including tender reviews and technical clarifications. Provided O&M support for instrumentation systems and CNG gas compressors. Experienced in installation and troubleshooting of VFDs, soft-starters, and Star-Delta panels. Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical and instrumentation drawings. Mandatory Requirement 1. ITI/ Diploma in Instrument/ Electrical/from Govt. institutes or PLC automation Certification from Sofcon/DIAC/ or any other Automation Training institutes. 2. 3 to 5 years of experience in Electrical distribution panel / Genset panel / AC panels / PLC panels. 3. Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation systems 4. Own vehicle and driving license are must. 5. Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens). 6. Proficiency in instrumentation devices and control systems.
