Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding 1. Manage end-to-end hiring: job posting, screening, interviews, coordination with management. 2. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs, and onboarding documents. 3. Facilitate smooth employee onboarding and orientation. Employee Management 1. Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll inputs. 2. Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR support. 3. Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication. HR Documentation & Compliance 1. Maintain employee files, HR policies, and documentation. 2. Coordinate statutory compliance activities like PF, ESI, Professional Tax (with CA/payroll team). 3. Support performance reviews and appraisal processes. Client & Administrative Operations 1. Create and manage client invoices; coordinate with accounts for payment tracking. 2. Manage course access for clients — activation, renewals, troubleshooting, and coordination with academic/tech teams. 3. Maintain CRM and internal databases with accurate updates. Cross-Department Coordination 1. Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities. 2. Work closely with sales, academic, and marketing teams to ensure smooth workflow. 3. Prepare MIS reports, operational summaries, and weekly updates for management.
