TKG GLOBAL SERVICES is at the forefront of handling the challenges brought by globalization and cloud technology in the business world, especially in accounting.

We're building a dynamic HR team in Kolkata and inviting applications from both experienced professionals and fresh talent looking to start their HR journey.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Inter & Executive located in the Kolkata metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn to support daily HR operations including attendance tracking, leave management, and maintaining employee records
  • Assist and learn about the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and onboarding
  • Help update and organize employee databases and HR files, gaining hands-on experience in HR documentation
  • Learn to assist in compiling payroll-related data, and understand compliance and statutory documentation requirements
  • Support the HR team in implementing HR policies, audits, and internal process improvements through research and administrative tasks

This internship offers a valuable opportunity to learn the foundations of HR in a real-world, collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹17,520.72 per month
