Responsibilities:

  • Manpower Planning & Budgeting
  • HR Policies & Procedures
  • Taking care of all type of recruitment (Medical & Non Medical Recruitment from ground level to leadership level by sourcing and short listing candidates through various job portals(naukri/ indeed/linked In/ social media etc), college campusing, employee referrals.
  • Non-medical Recruitment: Business Unit Heads, Hospital Operations, Accountants, CA, CS, HR, IT (Bio-Medical Engineers, Software Developers (Android. iOS, Java, PHP developers, Web developers, UX & UI designer, CCNA)/ Customer Relation Executive, Web content writers, Sales & Marketing/ Business Development, CSR.
  • Medical Recruitment: Doctors, Nurses (ANM/ GNM/B. Sc.MSC), Medical Technicians (Pathology/ ICU Technicians / OT Assistant /Emergency/ NICU/ Radiology), Pharmacists.
  • Taking care of documentation, Background verification, salary negotiation.
  • Taking care of Joining formalities, induction and on-boarding.
  • Maintaining recruitment MIS.
  • Taking care of transfer cases and maintaining transfer MIS and coordinating with the operation team.
  • Taking care of Employee engagement activities, handling grievances of the employees, co-ordinate with corporate social responsible group in execution of various people programs like employee of the month, employee birthday celebration.
  • Sudden visit to the sites and one and one discussion with employees.
  • Taking exit interviews & proper documentation of exit interviews.

  • Data Management (Attendance and Leave data, preparation of PF & ESIC and other

statutory data).

  • Review the budget for the department and ensure it is being adhered to.
  • Ensure the department is adhering to company policies and regulations.
  • Minimum wage calculation whenever there is a change in min wage.
  • Should have knowledge about Statutory Compliance - PF, PT, ESIC, LWF registration,Callahan processing,inspection and provide the data as per their requirement.
  • Keep information about changes and the latest amendments related to compliance and other changes if there are any.
  • Policies and procedures are related to compliance activity.
  • Empanelment of hospital with the insurance company.

Requirements

  • Candidate from Hospital background only.
  • Master degree in Human Resources or relevant qualification.
  • Strong command over HR management software like applicant tracking systems, payroll systems, etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor registration.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent ability to create a comfortable and healthy work environment for employees.
  • Knowledge of NABH
  • Ready to work under pressure.
  • Must have managed 100 employee strength
