Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the full cycle of recruitment, from job postings and interviews to onboarding new employees.  Employee Relations: Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, while promoting a positive work environment.  Performance Management: Implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and developing employee performance plans.  Policy and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and developing and updating HR policies.  Payroll and Benefits: Managing payroll, benefits administration, and employee compensation.  Employee Engagement: Planning and implementing employee engagement activities and initiatives to boost morale and productivity.  HR Operations: Overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and generating HR reports.  Training and Development: Identifying training needs and coordinating development programs for employees.  Strategic HR: Contributing to strategic HR planning and initiatives, such as organizational restructuring or employee engagement surveys.
