Position Overview

The HR Generalist will be will be based in Ahmedabad office. The qualified candidate will be exposed to every aspect of HR management with primary focus on on-boarding, benefits administration and statutory compliance. The person should be highly organized and detail oriented individual who enjoys HR administration, and who wants to professionally develop into a more robust generalist role over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to management and employees, executing on our talent strategy throughout the year;
  • Run annual compensation, performance review, talent review and promotion processes for assigned client groups;
  • To ensure that the manpower is in place and in all LOB as per the branch plan in co-ordination with the HODs and location head. To ensure that the policies are explained and proper induction is done
  • To attend to all statutory compliance and ensure that all records pertaining to PF, ESI, PT and Shops & Establishment are in place.
  • Work together with other HR COEs to provide an effective employee lifecycle management
  • Liaise with vendor on local statutory compliances;
  • Participate in local and/or global projects and initiatives, as required.

Required Skills:

Across all of our positions, we insist upon excellence, integrity, creativity, and professionalism. For this role, we are also looking for:

  • 2 years of HR experience with a strong interest in Human Resources/ Organizational Development;
  • Bachelor or masters’ degree in related field;
  • Superior communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities;
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills;
  • Excellent judgment is required to handle sensitive and confidential information;
  • 6 Days Working
  • SHIFT TIMINGS - 11:30 AM TO 08:30 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
