Job Description

We are seeking an HR Executive with a strong focus on HR Business Partner (HRBP) activities to join our Bhilai office. The role requires close collaboration with business leaders, managers, and employees to drive people initiatives, support talent development, and strengthen organizational culture.Roles & Responsibilities
  • Act as a Business Partner to respective teams, ensuring alignment of HR strategies with business needs.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, maintain HR Reports, leave and attendance management, coordination with cross department, performance management, and exit formalities.
  • Support talent management, career development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities to improve satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
  • Work with leadership to address workforce challenges and proactively resolve employee concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and organizational guidelines.
  • Support recruitment for critical roles when required, in alignment with the TA team.
  • Provide data-driven insights through HR dashboards and reports.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR with exposure to HRBP activities.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Experience in employee engagement, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Skills

  • Strong Communication Skills verbal and written, for both candidate and internal stakeholder interactions.
  • Proactive Problem Solving ability to troubleshoot hiring delays and pipeline gaps independently.
  • Time Management & Prioritization manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Team Collaboration ability to work cross-functionally and lead with empathy.
  • Attention to Detail accurate documentation and process adherence.
