Job Description

Role Summary The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth HR processes and contributes to building a positive and productive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Identify hiring needs and support end-to-end recruitment processes. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Issue offer letters, contracts, and handle pre-joining formalities. Conduct new employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding. 2. Payroll & HR Operations Support monthly payroll processing by maintaining accurate attendance and leave records. Maintain employee records and HRIS database. Prepare HR letters (experience, salary, transfer, etc.). Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.). 3. Employee Engagement & Relations Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities. Address employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, payroll, and benefits. Foster a positive work environment and support employee grievance handling. 4. Performance Management Assist in the performance appraisal process. Track performance metrics and maintain appraisal records. 5. Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training sessions. Maintain training records and feedback. 6. HR Compliance & Reporting Maintain HR documentation and ensure adherence to policies. Generate HR reports for management (attrition, recruitment, attendance, etc.). Assist in audits and policy implementation. Qualifications & Skills Education Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. Experience 1–3 years of experience in HR roles (executive/assistant). Freshers with strong HR internship experience may also apply (optional line).
