As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing our accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial insights to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: GST Compliance: Manage and file GSTR 1, GSTR 2B, and GSTR 3B returns accurately and timely. Ensure compliance with GST regulations and rules. Financial Management: Prepare and manage profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Accounting Operations: Manage and reconcile bank statements, sales, and purchase invoices. Create and manage credit notes, debit notes, and other accounting documents. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions. Team Management: Supervise and guide junior accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
