Key Responsibilities: Payroll Operations Accurately process monthly payroll including attendance, overtime, and leave management. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, etc.). Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and statutory payments. Address and resolve payroll-related employee queries effectively. Maintain payroll records, reports, and reconciliation sheets for audits. Policy Formulation & Compliance Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies and standard operating procedures. Ensure policies are aligned with current labor laws and internal hospital requirements. Promote policy awareness across departments through training and communication. Conduct periodic compliance audits and recommend corrective actions. Proactive HR Operations Identify gaps in HR processes and suggest improvements. Support new hire onboarding and exit formalities. Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and operational dashboards. Monitor changes in labor regulations and suggest policy updates accordingly. Assist in employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in Human Resources / Business Administration; MBA in HR preferred. 2–4 years of experience in HR operations with expertise in payroll and compliance. Knowledge of payroll software and HRMS tools. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and hospital/healthcare HR practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proactive, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with integrity. Desirable: Prior experience in hospital or healthcare sector is an added advantage.
