Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for retail positions across AP & TS.
Drive
volume hiring
for frontline retail roles within set timelines.
Plan and execute
campus hiring drives
for fresh talent acquisition.
Represent the organization at
job fairs, campus events, and hiring campaigns
.
Utilise
ATS
effectively for candidate tracking, status updates, and reporting.
Maintain accurate hiring data and generate recruitment
dashboards/reports
using
Excel
and
Google Sheets
.
Build and maintain a strong
talent pipeline
for critical and recurring positions.
Collaborate closely with zonal managers, Area managers, and the TA Manager to align hiring needs and priorities.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and processes.
Travel to different locations for recruitment events as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years
of experience in
retail hiring
(mandatory).
Strong experience in
volume hiring
and
campus hiring
.
Proficiency in
ATS
,
MS Excel
, and
Google Sheets
.
Ability to create and maintain recruitment MIS and reports.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel for recruitment events and store visits.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in
regional/multi-location recruitment
.
Knowledge of recruitment analytics and hiring metrics.
Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
