Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Description:

We are hiring an HR Executive for our client, a fast-growing Wedding Photography, Wedding Event Management, and Wedding Décor Company based in T Nagar, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR Generalist activities and be comfortable working in a dynamic, creative industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
• Manage joining formalities, offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities
• Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking
• Handle statutory compliance basics (PF, ESI – coordination level)
• Support management in employee engagement activities
• Address employee queries and basic grievance handling
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and company guidelines
• Assist in HR reporting and MIS

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as an HR Executive / HR Generalist
• Basic knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and HR operations
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil
• Proficient in MS Excel and HR documentation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in service or event-based industry is an added advantage
