Working Days: 6 days a week (Alternate Saturdays off)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to handle a wide range of human resource functions, including employee management, documentation, HR operations, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and capable of managing both HR and administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leave & Attendance Management

  • Maintain and update employee attendance and leave records.
  • Ensure timely processing and accuracy in attendance and leave reports.

2. HR Documentation & Record Management

  • Maintain and update employee personal files, HR letters, and onboarding/offboarding documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and internal documentation standards.

3. ISO Documentation & SOP Preparation

  • Prepare, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate ISO-related HR documentation and ensure adherence to quality standards.

4. HRIS (Human Resources Information System)

  • Update and manage employee data in HR systems.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics as required.

5. Employee Management & Engagement

  • Support employee life cycle management from joining to exit.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.

6. Performance Management

  • Assist in goal setting, performance appraisals, and tracking employee performance.
  • Support managers in implementing performance improvement plans.

7. Admin Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and coordination with various departments.
  • Handle vendor coordination, asset management, and office supplies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, ISO standards, and HRIS tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
