Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Attendance Payroll & Compliance Employee Engagement & Performance Policy Implementation & Administration Training & Development Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Management or related field. 1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in consulting, startup, or service-based firms). trong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace.
