We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive who will play a pivotal role in building, nurturing, and managing our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end HR operations — from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Attendance Payroll & Compliance Employee Engagement & Performance Policy Implementation & Administration Training & Development Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Management or related field. 1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in consulting, startup, or service-based firms). trong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment Job Summary Experience Level: Freshers and Experienced Location: Ahmedabad Employment: Full-time, On-site Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to 360° HR operations in a growing startup ecosystem.
