Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes, including in-office hiring and client requirement hiring.
• Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee training programs.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Handle employee relations and provide support in conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with management and support strategic decision-making.
• Connect and coordinate with higher authorities on HR-related matters.

Administer employee benefits, including PF policies and compliance.
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR management, operations, and policy implementation.
• Familiarity with PF regulations and policies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Previous internship or work experience in human resources is an added advantage.
