As a Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for handling talent acquisition and recruitment processes, managing approximately 6-7 profiles per month. Your role will involve close coordination with hiring managers, facilitating inter-departmental communication, preparing offer letters, and negotiating salaries to attract top talent. It is essential that you possess a minimum of 1 year of experience within the same company and have prior exposure to recruiting FMCG profiles. Key Responsibilities: - Handling around 6-7 profiles per month - Coordinating effectively with hiring managers and fostering inter-departmental communication - Drafting and finalizing offer letters - Conducting salary negotiations to secure suitable candidates Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in an FMCG company - Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment - Proficiency in English In addition to your core responsibilities, the company provides a range of benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. Please note that the work location is on-site.
