Role and Responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong ability to build and maintain positive employee relations. Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent. Conduct interviews and assessments to select qualified candidates. Onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition. Employee Relations: Build strong relationships with employees at all levels. Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts promptly and fairly. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees. Identify training and development needs. Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment. Administer employee benefits programs. Maintain compliance with all relevant labor laws. HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, including ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. Manage statutory compliances and reporting. Shift and Schedule Management: Develop and implement efficient shift and scheduling systems. Manage employee attendance and timekeeping. Qualifications and Experience 7+ years of experience in human resources management. Proven track record in handling various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and benefits administration. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels. Proficiency in HRIS systems and software. Strong organizational and time management skills. Key Responsibilities:Patient Care & Assistance: Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Help with patient mobility, including shifting and positioning bedridden patients. Support nurses and doctors in routine medical procedures. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the nursing staff. Hygiene & Sanitation: Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of patient rooms, beds, and common areas. Ensure proper waste disposal as per hospital infection control guidelines. Assist in maintaining stock of consumables such as gloves, masks, and linens. Medical Support & Documentation: Assist in recording vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Help in preparing patients for diagnostic tests and treatments. Maintain basic documentation of patient care activities. Emergency Support: Provide basic first aid and CPR in emergencies. Assist in patient transportation within the facility. Support in managing critical care situations under supervision. Coordination & Communication: Communicate effectively with patients and their families. Work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals. Ensure smooth patient flow and efficient service delivery. Qualifications & Experience: Education: ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) certification from a recognized institute. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility (freshers with ANM certification can apply).
