Job description
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Senior Telecalling Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and prior experience in telecalling or telesales.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Promote products/services and generate leads
Follow up on inquiries and maintain call records
Achieve weekly and monthly targets
Support team training and junior staff when needed
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of telecalling/telesales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Proven track record in achieving sales/lead targets
