We are looking for an experienced and confident Senior Female Telecaller to join our team. The role involves connecting with inbound and outbound leads, understanding corporate requirements for bulk customized T-shirt orders, and converting them into successful deals. A background in corporate sales or experience in the customized clothing/gifting sector will be a strong plus. Responsibilities: Call and follow up with warm leads generated from online campaigns and referrals. Understand client needs, budgets, and timelines for corporate bulk T-shirt requirements. Explain product features, customization options, pricing, and delivery process effectively. Coordinate with the design and production teams to share client specifications. Maintain daily call logs, lead sheets, and follow-up schedules using CRM. Convert leads into orders and ensure smooth client onboarding. Build strong relationships with HRs, procurement heads, and corporate decision-makers. About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will also mentor junior tele callers, support team training efforts, and help improve calling strategies. Requirements: Proven experience as a tele caller representative, or similar role (minimum 2years). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and call management tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Fluency in [languages required – English, Hindi, etc.]. Positive attitude, team player, and goal-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
