We are looking for an experienced and confident Senior Female Telecaller to join our team. The role involves connecting with inbound and outbound leads, understanding corporate requirements for bulk customized T-shirt orders, and converting them into successful deals. A background in corporate sales or experience in the customized clothing/gifting sector will be a strong plus. Responsibilities: Call and follow up with warm leads generated from online campaigns and referrals. Understand client needs, budgets, and timelines for corporate bulk T-shirt requirements. Explain product features, customization options, pricing, and delivery process effectively. Coordinate with the design and production teams to share client specifications. Maintain daily call logs, lead sheets, and follow-up schedules using CRM. Convert leads into orders and ensure smooth client onboarding. Build strong relationships with HRs, procurement heads, and corporate decision-makers.
