Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for managing and supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, payroll administration, and performance management. The HR Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring that the organization's HR processes run smoothly and that employees are supported and developed to perform their best.

1.Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Organize and manage the onboarding process for new employees, including completing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

2. Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts.

3. Training & Development:

  • Coordinate employee training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in the performance management process, including tracking employee progress and providing feedback to managers.

4. Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports for management, including turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee performance metrics.

5. HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, contracts, and performance reviews.
  • Handle HR documentation, such as contracts, disciplinary actions, and promotions.

6. Employee Engagement:

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and surveys.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction levels and recommend improvements to increase engagement and morale.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field . ( Diploma in HR )

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
