SkyBook Global, a Travel BPO & Digital Marketing, Web Development company located in Kozhikode, is dedicated to providing innovative Travel Outsourcing & Travel Consulting Services. Our services include Travel Accounting, Call center support, Audit, Operations, Customer Support, Digital Marketing, and Web Development. Our mission is to deliver outstanding solutions that enrich the travel experience for both our clients and their customers. As an HR Manager at SkyBook Global, your primary responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This entails tasks such as job posting, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. You will collaborate closely with Department Managers to grasp their staffing needs and work on fulfilling those requirements. Onboarding new employees and organizing orientation programs will also fall under your purview. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing employee concerns, disputes, and grievances in a timely and effective manner. It is crucial to foster a positive and inclusive work culture while overseeing performance appraisal processes and guiding both managers and employees. Monitoring employee check-in and check-out times regularly will help identify any patterns of lateness or absenteeism, allowing you to address these issues proactively. Furthermore, you will be tasked with developing and updating HR policies and procedures, administering employee compensation and benefits programs, and identifying training needs. Coordinating employee training and development programs and assessing their effectiveness will be a key part of your role. Implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and morale, organizing recognition programs and events, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment are also vital aspects of this position. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying high-potential employees and implementing talent management programs. Analyzing HR data to provide insights for decision-making, maintaining employee records, managing documentation related to HR processes, and staying updated on employment laws and regulations are essential responsibilities. Conducting exit interviews and managing the offboarding process for departing employees, as well as facilitating effective communication between management and employees, are also part of this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree with a specialization in HR or its equivalent. A minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources management is required. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift/morning shift schedule located in Kozhikode, Kerala. The role requires in-person work at the specified location.,
