Job Description

Job Responsibilities Preparing Budget, Recruitment, Time Office, Salary & Wages Administration, Contact Labour Management, Statutory Compliance, Plant Administration & welfare, Employee Engagement, Documentation To prepare timely and accurately budget, MTP or Revision of HR budget and tracking To recruit manpower as per annual plan and onboarding To rotate trainee and Contract manpower as per schedule and replace To monitor & ensure compliance related to daily attendance, leaves, OT, etc. To handle Payroll processing & releasing salary To ensure compliance & keep all statutory record maintained as per the legal requirements. To monitor no legal obligation, penalty & dispute in statutory compliance and timely updating of necessary records pertaining to various laws. To resolve employee grievances To timely prepare and share MIS to management Timely escalation of open / pending points to the relevant stakeholders To create good working environment To enhance employee satisfaction To provide support to employees for medical treatment under mediclaim policy Internal & External Audits - ISO, IATF Necessary Skill / Experience 5-7 years' experience in the HR in the manufacturing company. Good knowledge of HR Practices and process. Good knowledge of Labour Laws & provisions. Knowledge of Payroll processing. Knowledge of Japanese company culture. Excellent skills in Communication, Presentation, Analysis, Building relationships, Negotiation, Administrative Skill, Self Learning MSW / MBA / PMIR.
