Job Description

As an HR Recruiter at our company located in Guruvayur, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding candidates. You will work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining a database of applicants, resumes, and recruitment records, managing job postings on portals, social media, and internal networks, ensuring smooth joining formalities and induction of new hires, and assisting in compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements. Additionally, you will be required to prepare MIS reports and address employee grievances by reporting them to the HR department. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in recruitment or HR - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with HR policies and procedures - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Proficiency in English The company provides food and accommodation and follows a work schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The initial two months may involve training in Kulanada or Pathanamthitta. This is a full-time, permanent position with health insurance benefits. The work location is in person.
