Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive Department: Human Resources Location: Surat, Gujarat Reports To: Senior Management Experience Required: 2–5 years in HR Operations Employment Type: Full-Time Objective: To establish and implement robust HR systems, processes, and policies across departments at Pravesh Doors Pvt. Ltd., ensuring organizational effectiveness, compliance, and a value-driven work culture. HR System Development & Implementation Design and implement end-to-end HR systems including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, compliance, and exit processes. Develop and maintain HR SOPs, employee handbooks, and policy manuals. Set up an employee database management system (manual or digital). Collaborate with management to roll out tech-based HR tools (attendance, appraisal, feedback systems). Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Create structured hiring processes aligned with department needs. Standardise onboarding experience with checklists, orientation programs, and joining kits. Performance Management Design KRAs/KPIs in collaboration with team heads. Develop and implement appraisal and performance review systems. Employee Engagement & Culture Organise employee engagement initiatives, value-based workshops, and communication channels. Through culture-building activities, promote company values (learning, growth, honesty, innovation, wellbeing). Training & Development Assess skill gaps and coordinate internal or external training programs. Maintain training records and feedback systems. HR Compliance Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws). Maintain audit-ready documentation for employee records and policies. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years in core HR operations with experience in setting up HR systems. Exposure to manufacturing or multi-departmental businesses is a plus. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws. Systematic, process-oriented, and detail-focused. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (Zoho, GreytHR, or similar). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership. Change management and team coordination ability.
