Role Summary

The HR Officer / Executive Generalist plays a pivotal role in supporting the organization's human resources functions. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple HR domains.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR/ MSW from a reputed business school
• Experience: 2 to 5 years
• Technical Skills: MS Office, HRIS systems, payroll software
• Soft Skills: Communication, empathy, problem-solving, confidentiality
• Knowledge: Labor laws, HR best practices, recruitment strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, and offer letters.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Employee Relations
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Support conflict resolution and promote a healthy work environment.
• HR Operations
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Performance Management
• Assist in implementing appraisal systems and tracking performance reviews.
• Support managers in setting KPIs and development plans.
• Training & Development
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
• Monitor training effectiveness and maintain records.
• Payroll & Benefits
• Collaborate with finance/payroll teams to ensure accurate salary processing.
• Manage employee benefits and leave administration.
• Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Generalist: 3 years (Preferred)
