About Us:

Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and engagement.
Collaborate with managers for performance check-ins, feedback, and issue resolution.
Assist in HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets/HRMS).
Contribute to the adoption of tools or automation in HR processes (AI, ChatGPT, etc.).
Support HR initiatives around culture, learning, and employee communication.
Own and drive small projects end-to-end under guidance (e.g., survey rollouts, onboarding revamp).

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in HR operations, employee engagement, or HRBP roles.
Strong learning mindset — proactively curious about new tools, trends, and improvements.
Comfort with Excel, Google Sheets, and willingness to explore tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Power BI, etc.
Strong communication skills — both written and spoken.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results.
Bachelor's degree required; HR/MBA preferred.
