Job description 1. *Recruitment and Onboarding:* 2. Manage recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. 3. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. 4. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. 5. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures. 6. Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. 7. Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. 8. Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans. 9. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. 10. Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. 11. Participate in salary surveys and provide input on compensation strategies. 12. Identify training and development needs within the organization. 13. Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 14. Support employee development initiatives. 15. *HR Policies and Compliance:* 16. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations. 17.
