Job Description

Job Summary: Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is seeking detail-oriented and proactive HR MIS Executives with strong Excel and documentation management skills. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing HR data, preparing various MIS reports, ensuring accurate record management, and supporting HR operations through data-driven insights and well-maintained documentation. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports related to attendance, headcount, recruitment, and employee performance. • Collect, analyse, and validate HR data from different departments for management review. • Develop and automate Excel-based HR dashboards and reports to streamline reporting processes. • Maintain and organize employee documentation, records, and report archives in a structured and accessible format. • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all employee and HR-related documents. • Coordinate with internal departments (Payroll, Recruitment, Admin, etc.) to gather and update data as required. • Support HR operations by providing timely reports and insights to assist management in decision-making. Required Skills: • Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Conditional Formatting, Charts, Macros, Dashboard Creation). • Strong documentation and record management skills (MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, Google Workspace, etc.). • Excellent analytical, organizational, and data management abilities. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Good communication and coordination skills across departments. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
