Job Description

Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively support our HR initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Support performance management processes and assist with employee training and development initiatives.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related issues.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
Strong understanding of HR policies and best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
