Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive / Senior HR Executive – Recruitment & Operations

Location: Thane West
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Overview

This role is ideal for an HR professional with a strong foundation in recruitment and HR operations who is ready to take on leadership responsibilities and gain exposure to the business side of HR outsourcing. The position involves managing end-to-end internal HR processes, leading recruitment activities, and coordinating outsourced staffing projects with clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Internal HR Management (End-to-End)

  • Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities
  • Ensure HR policies, documentation, and compliance are maintained
  • Support employee engagement initiatives
  • Handle attendance tracking and assist with payroll coordination
  • Manage daily HR operations and administrative tasks

2. Recruitment & Team Leadership

  • Lead and support the recruitment team to meet hiring targets
  • Handle recruitment for internal positions as well as client requirements
  • Review resumes and screen candidates based on job requirements
  • Conduct preliminary phone screenings and initial interview rounds
  • Ensure recruitment quality, timelines, and process adherence

3. Client Coordination & Outsourced Project Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding outsourced staffing needs
  • Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications clearly
  • Manage deployment and documentation of outsourced staff
  • Coordinate interviews and share candidate feedback with clients
  • Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly recruitment and project status reports

4. Communication & Coordination

  • Attend client and internal calls as required
  • Respond promptly to candidate queries via phone and WhatsApp
  • Share clear job-related information with candidates
  • Maintain smooth coordination between candidates, clients, and internal teams

5. Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain and update candidate and employee databases
  • Track recruitment progress using MS Excel
  • Prepare basic MIS and recruitment reports

Candidate Profile – Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: 1–3 years in HR & Recruitment (Consultancy experience preferred)
  • Education: Graduate
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to guide, motivate, and manage a team under tight deadlines
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
  • Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Mindset: Proactive learner with a growth-oriented and problem-solving attitude
