About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executives/Sr. Executives to join our team and work directly with our esteemed client on their Human Resource Operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in HR, offering exposure to various HR functions within a dynamic environment. While you will be working for our client's project, you will be on the payroll of VRSamadhan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the seamless onboarding and induction programs for new employees, ensuring a positive start to their journey.

• Handle various coordination tasks efficiently between different teams and departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

• Accurately maintain and regularly update employee records within HR databases and physical files.

• Provide comprehensive support in data entry, documentation, and compliance tracking to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.

• Assist in attendance management, leave tracking, and other essential HR administrative tasks.

• Prepare and manage various HR operations-related documentation and communications.

• Contribute to other HR operational activities as required, supporting the overall HR function.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources. Freshers are most welcome to apply!

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and strong written skills for drafting professional emails and documentation.

• HR Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR functions, processes, and best practices.

• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other relevant HR applications.

• Work Ethic: A strong passion for HR, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn and grow within the field.

Compensation:

• Salary will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate's experience level and current CTC.

Work Environment:

• This is a full-time, on-site role. Work from home is not available for this position.

• The role requires weekly travel - Vikhroli and Thane locations (2-3 days at each location).
