HR Executive -Operations

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize new hire documentation.
• Facilitate new employee orientation programs.
• Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
• Assist in setting up employee workstations and access.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and requests from employees.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
• Assist in handling employee queries and concerns.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives.
• Support in organizing company events and activities.
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
• Help to organize training & development initiatives.
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
• Ensure compliance with labour regulations.

• Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field is mandatory.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant HR operations experience.
• Good knowledge about content development
• Good knowledge about email designing
• Good knowledge about India statutory law.
• Flexible to work in 24/7 shifts.
• Experience to handle large gathering such as Birthday celebration/R & R
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of HR.
