Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Executive/Executive for Nursing Recruitment to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring qualified nursing professionals to support our healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for nursing positions.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various nursing roles.
Collaborate with nursing department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract potential candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to improve processes.
Conduct reference checks and manage the offer process for selected candidates.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Nursing, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or nursing sector.
Strong understanding of nursing roles and qualifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
