Job Description

Role :

  1. Works closely with the business for hiring plans ensuring accuracy in the gathering of numbers.
  2. Hiring for Business consulting team (GCC - financial services hiring)
  3. Conducting and liaising interviews for the assessment of the sourced candidates to check fitment with the needs and requirements of the business.
  4. Engaging stakeholder/business during the entire hiring journey .
  5. Ensuring compliance collection of past employment documents for the preparation of positioning note and checking the fitment.
  6. Salary Negotiations & offer roll outs .
  7. Ensuring relevant monthly reports are presented to the Practice/ Business leadership group

What we need

  • PG + 3 years of experience in managing end to end recruitment (Non IT) - Predominantly who has experience in hiring for (Financial services GCC clients )
  • Strong Stakeholder management skills .
  • Go getter & should be able to work in a fast paced environment .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
