Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in a fair and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs.
  • Support the HR Manager in strategic planning and organizational development initiatives.Skills

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities
  • Proficiency in HR Software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks and Priorities
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws and HR Best Practices
  • Effective Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Skills
    Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferable: Postgraduate degree or diploma in Human Resource Management.
  • Mandatory: Excellent knowledge of HR practices and labor laws in India.
  • Preferable: Certification from recognized HR bodies like SHRM or HRCI.
