Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance activities. Key Responsibilities: Handle the full recruitment life cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Maintain employee records and update HR databases. Assist with payroll preparation and attendance management. Support in drafting HR policies and ensuring legal compliance. Coordinate employee engagement activities and events. Manage employee grievances and support in performance evaluation processes. Prepare HR reports and assist management in decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Assistant. Knowledge of HR software (HRMS) and MS Office tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Benefits: Competitive salary package.
